Job summary

RSE Water is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to lead our Proposals team for water and wastewater projects. You will guide technical proposals, FEED concepts and tender designs while coordinating with Engineering, Estimating and Commercial teams to win bids.

You will champion modular, offsite approaches and oversee client presentations, risk reviews and project handovers, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions on time.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant professional accreditation.
• Proven experience leading proposals management and tender activities.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of water/wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Proposals team to meet tender deadlines.
• Oversee preparation and submission of technical proposals and FEED concepts.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Commercial and Engineering teams on tender strategies.
• Lead client presentations, reviews and negotiations to secure handovers.
• Drive modular and offsite approaches within projects and tenders.
• Support development of new products and processes for water treatment.
