Zusammenfassung

RSE Water is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Proposals, Concepts, FEED, Innovation and Products team in the UK. You will help develop technically sound, competitively priced proposals from enquiry through to tender submission, working with engineering, design, commercial and project delivery teams.

Role involves travel to client meetings and project sites, with occasional overnight stays and international travel, contributing to modular treatment technologies and offsite manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong technical engineering knowledge across disciplines and interfaces.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and docs for BOQ and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Review client enquiries and tender docs to draft compliant proposals.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs and pricing schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for quotes.
• Develop engineering concepts and FEED deliverables (process calculations, layouts, PFDs).
• Support project programmes, identify risks and ensure accurate tender submissions.
• Apply Modular First approach with standardised designs and offsite options.
• Attend client meetings, site surveys and tender clarifications.
• Support RSE products and tech development including pilots and trials.
• Evaluate alternative solutions considering life-cycle costs and carbon.
• Prepare technical docs and handover information for delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, H&S, environmental rules.
