Job summary

Ganymede Solutions is partnering with Severn Trent to recruit Quantity Surveyors for a major UK water infrastructure programme based in Coventry. You will provide commercial and contractual support across a portfolio of projects within a client-side environment, liaising with Project Managers, contractors and stakeholders.

This role offers up to £60,000 plus benefits, a three-day-per-week hybrid pattern, and a clear path to develop client-side experience on a leading Midlands capital delivery

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts in infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting capabilities.
• Experience with valuations, change management and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial and contractual management across multiple projects.
• Prepare and review payment valuations and certifications.
• Manage compensation events and project changes, and maintain commercial records.
• Assist with procurement and tender evaluation; monitor risk and reporting.
