Job summary

Galliford Try Environment in Iver, Buckinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to drive civil works from concept through to completion on the Affinity Water AMP 8 framework. Willingness to travel across the region is required and a commutable distance to Iver is preferred.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Management to manage design, safety, procurement, and programme documentation while delivering high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management required.
• Organised, proactive and committed to teamwork.
• Experience in water/Non-Infra projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering from concept to completion using in-house resources and site teams.
• Deliver Non-Infra and Infra projects within the water sector.
• Oversee design management and liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct early site investigations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare RAMS and project plans, and manage budgets.
