Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on high-value Design & Build projects within the Wessex Water AMP 8 framework, based in the Bournemouth region. You will manage staff, foster development, and maintain effective client relationships while ensuring safety, quality and financial performance across a portfolio of schemes.

The role requires NEC contract experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ equivalent required.
• Demonstrable experience with NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high value projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage cradle to grave delivery across pre-construction, construction, commissioning and handover stages.
• Lead staff, develop teams, recruit and retain key personnel.
• Maintain KPI/PI delivery and provide reports to Commercial Manager and Head of Delivery.
• Develop opportunities within the framework and contribute to tenders.
