Job summary

Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple schemes within AMP8. You will drive CDM compliance, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

With experience in the water sector, you’ll manage stakeholders, translate strategy into actions, and work within a commercial framework to deliver robust project outcomes across the alliance.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in the water industry and strong knowledge of Health & Safety, drinking water standards, and CDM regulations.
• IOSH qualification, APMP preferred, ability to challenge stakeholders with clear communication and relationship-building.
• Experience within a commercial framework and knowledge of NEC Option C contracts for quick, business-focused decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CDM compliance of each scheme through the TOTEX Delivery Process and audits.
• Lead a high-performing project team from Engineers to Commercial staff.
• Translate programme strategy into actual outcomes and optimise resource usage.
• Manage full project lifecycle from scope to handover and warranty issues.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Planning to maintain cost/resource forecasts.
• Oversee delivery of promoted solutions to meet safety, cost, and time targets.
• Foster collaboration across the @one Alliance and partner organisations.
