Job summary

Network Plus is hiring a Site Agent to oversee on-site delivery of infrastructure projects on the North West clean water network for United Utilities. You will plan, manage and supervise operational teams and supply chain partners, ensuring safe, on-time completion within budget while meeting client expectations.

You will lead health and safety on site, track progress, manage weekly client updates, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities sector, preferably clean water.
• Competence in deep excavations, civils, drainage, structures and clean water schemes.
• Knowledge of Street Works and Confined Spaces.
• Health & Safety qualification is an advantage.
• Good budgeting and programme awareness.
• Strong team management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site operations for New Connections & Developer Services projects.
• Visit sites regularly to review progress and ensure standards.
• Organise resources (plant, labour, materials, subcontractors) cost-effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures on site.
