Job summary

Severn Trent Water is hiring a Network Response Technician with no previous experience required. This brand-new team will train you to respond to water supply emergencies across the Severn Trent area in a 24/7 operation.

You'll drive a range of vehicles, learn network injection and reservoir hatch work, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to restoring water supply within 3 hours of disruption. Full training and progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn on the job.
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Willingness to participate in training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Respond to no-supply calls and restore water supply within the usual 3-hour target.
• Drive a range of vehicles from 4x4s to tankers as required by the team.
• Engage with customers and support communities during outages.
