Job summary

Severn Trent is hiring a proactive Water Network Technician to join our Water Network Operations and Leakage team in Gloucestershire. You’ll own a patch of DMAs, travel around the area, and work in the field to identify, investigate and reduce leakage with a strong emphasis on safety.

This role is 40 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 7:00–3:30 with standby duties. A valid Full UK Driving Licence and access to one of our vans are essential so you can carry out duties and engage with stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Hands-on leakage experience in field operations.
• Customer-focused and safety-led with composure under pressure.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel in Gloucestershire.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate and reduce leakage across the network.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Regular customer interaction and technical feedback to operations teams.
• Travel around Gloucestershire to cover designated patches with a company van.
