Qualifications

• Proven experience in clean water operations and leadership.
• Experience in field/operational environments.
• Ability to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead remote operational teams and coach staff to improve performance.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service with same-day resolutions when possible.
• Review risk assessments, methods, and site safety audits.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to meet programmes.
