Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a R&M Team Leader to deliver on the Severn Trent Water Repair and Maintenance contract in Gloucester. You will lead a small on-site team, ensure safety, and drive first-time quality while coordinating with the client and internal stakeholders.

You will deploy expertise in water networks, guide teams to engineer solutions on site and manage feedback using the GARD system. Strong communication and driving licence are essential, with IOSH beneficial.

Qualifications

• NRWSA at supervisory level or equivalent qualifications.
• Good health and safety knowledge; IOSH is a plus.
• Strong communication and on-site problem solving.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge of site safety and site setups with public welfare being essential.
• Have knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance contracts.
• Maintain a customer focus.
• Use GARD smartphone system to deliver feedback for commercial and reinstatement where necessary.
• Liaise with Support Services and Street Works team to manage liabilities with a right-first-time attitude.
