Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work on South West Water projects, delivering clean water mains renewals safely and efficiently on site. You will lead on‑site teams, coordinate resources and ensure works are carried out to high standards while supporting programme delivery.

This hands‑on role requires NRSWA qualification and a full UK driving licence, with a strong health and safety commitment and effective communication with site teams and management.

Qualifications

Experience in the water/utilities sector with mains renewal/excavations.
NRSWA qualification and a full UK driving licence are essential.
Strong focus on safety, quality and client specifications.
Organised and proactive with good stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day site operations across clean water mains renewal works.
Ensure activities comply with health, safety and environmental legislation (CDM/NRSWA).
Coordinate labour, plant and materials to support delivery.
Oversee temporary works and manage site changes/variations.
Maintain clear communication with site teams and management.
