We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our team delivering clean water mains renewal projects. You’ll oversee site teams, manage resources, and work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.

You have proven experience on clean water mains renewal projects, managing teams and site delivery. You are technically confident, with knowledge of Thames Water standards, temporary works, service avoidance, and CDM regulations.
Additionally, you will have SMSTS, a clean UK manual driving licence, Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA), Water Hygiene, and First Aid qualifications. Strong leadership, communication, organisational skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential.
