Job summary

The Clancy Group in Rickmansworth, England, is recruiting a Site Agent to lead clean water mains renewal projects. You will oversee site teams, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

With strong leadership and CDM knowledge, you will liaise with clients and stakeholders, manage programmes and budgets, and mentor your crew to promote safety and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification and NRSWA streetworks ticket required.
• Clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Water Hygiene and First Aid qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to specification
• Manage programme, resources, budgets, and site logistics, including temporary works and lifting operations
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, environmental and quality plans, and company policies
• Act as first escalation point for site issues and support the Project Manager in delivering objectives
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams to maintain progress and minimise disruption
