Job summary

Clancy is recruiting an Area Manager based in Maple Cross to lead watermain installation projects, ensuring safety, quality and value. You will organise teams, manage programmes and drive performance across site operations.

You will bring experience in the water sector, a full UK driving licence, and relevant qualifications (NRSWA/EUSR/NCO). The role emphasizes leadership, coaching and delivering to contract targets while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in watermain installation or water industry.
• UK driving licence is essential.
• NRSWA, EUSR or equivalent qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of watermain installation projects, safely, on time and to specification.
• Manage resources, labour, and plant to meet programme and budget targets.
• Oversee Health & Safety and CDM compliance on site with inspections and audits.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Promote a right‑first‑time approach and high standards of customer service.
• Develop teams ensuring training, competence, and regulatory compliance.
