Job summary

Bridges is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the Thames Water Framework from our Maidstone office. The role offers a hybrid working model with weekly or biweekly commutes to the office, and travel to HQ monthly for project reviews and client site visits.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure on‑time delivery within scope and budget, manage RAMS and project documentation, and maintain strong liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CDM awareness with SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.
• CSCS card holder.
• NVQ/C&G in a relevant field.
• Driving licence required.
• Experience in water industry, MEICA or civils.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects.
• Experience on CDM sites and governance knowledge.
• Site supervisory experience desirable.
• HNC/HND level qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contracted to 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri.
• Management of staff and subcontractors on projects.
• Health & safety responsibility and RAMS.
• Create and manage project documentation and control expenditure.
• Liaise with client and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage environmental impact.
