Job summary

Bridges Electrical Engineers in Maidstone is recruiting a Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate resources, drive timelines, and manage budgets while ensuring safety and compliance. The role involves regular site visits, client liaison, and monthly reporting within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has CDM awareness, CSCS, and experience in water/MEICA/civils environments, plus driving licence and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• CDM Awareness required, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.
• CSCS card essential.
• Industry-based qualifications such as NVQ/CG highly valued.
• Driving licence is required.
• Experience in water/MEICA/civils infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering multi-project governance and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead health & safety, RAMS and site governance on CDM sites.
• Manage client and stakeholder liaison and project documentation.
• Control project expenditure within monthly reporting.
• Develop and mentor project teams including subcontractors.
