Job summary

Bridges - Trusted Intelligent Engineering Partner is recruiting a Project Manager to lead Thames Water framework projects from the Maidstone office. The role combines planning, delivery, and stakeholder management with a hybrid model and occasional site visits.

You will manage staff and subcontractors, drive project governance, and ensure health and safety, RAMS, and environmental considerations are integrated into every phase. A strong civil/meica background is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDM knowledge and site supervision
• Experience in water/MEICA/civils environments
• Driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution and delivery from inception to completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit time, scope and budget targets
• Manage resources, timelines and project documentation
• Liaise with client and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and governance
• Monitor health and safety, RAMS and environmental impact on projects
