Job summary

Bridges Electrical Engineers in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to steer projects from enquiry through to asset integration sign‑off, with a hybrid model from the Hampshire region, combining office work and regular site visits.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure CDM compliance while maintaining strong client relationships to deliver safe, on‑time projects across water and civils.

Qualifications

• CDM Awareness (SSSTS/SMSTS desirable)
• CSCS card
• Industry-based qualifications (NVQ/C&G)
• Driving licence
• Water/MEICA/civils industry experience
• Experience in design and delivery of projects
• Experience managing CDM sites
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Understanding of project governance and commercial aspects
• Knowledge of H&S legislation and regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful planning, execution and delivery of projects from inception to completion
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope and on-budget delivery
• Coordinate resources, timelines and stakeholder communications
• Manage project documentation and monthly expenditure reporting
• Liaise with client and other stakeholders and manage environmental impact
