Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an EICA Design Engineer to support water industry projects on a contract basis. The role targets electrical design professionals with an EICA background who can contribute to reliable water infrastructure solutions and deliverables.

You will develop electrical and EICA designs, produce drawings and documentation, apply engineering principles, and collaborate with civil, mechanical and process engineers. Availability to start ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in EICA or electrical design within water industry.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure standards.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical and EICA designs for water and wastewater projects.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications and design documentation.
• Apply engineering principles to support design and delivery.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical and process engineers.
• Review designs for standards, requirements and safety.
• Provide input throughout design and project delivery.
• Resolve technical issues and design queries.
• Maintain project records and contribute to design reviews.
