Future Select Ltd is recruiting in the North West of England for a multi-skilled Water Hygiene/Remedial Engineer. The role covers diesels? and duties such as deadleg removal, TMV servicing, pipework changes and routine sampling, with training and competitive benefits including a vehicle and pension.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing; G3 Unvented ticket and knowledge of HSG 274/ACOP L8; travel across a wide regional area is expected, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Water Hygiene/Remedial Engineer in a established outfit.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing at minimum.
• G3 Unvented ticket preferred.
• Knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Flexible to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks.
• Service and install TMV units and Calorifier replacements.
• Modify and reroute pipework; swap expansion vessels.
• Carry out water sampling and temperature monitoring.
• Update logbooks and identify remedial works.

We are recruiting in the North West of England for a multi-skilled engineer, ideally able to conduct a range of Water Hygiene and Remedial duties. Our client is a well-known name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, with a nationwide presence and growing client base. Duties would include: deadleg removals, TMV replacements, cleans / disinfections, pipework adjustments and routine sampling / monitoring. Experience / Qualifications

• Experience working as a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer within a well-established outfit
• Will hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
• Ideally will be qualified with the G3 Unvented ticket
• Proven industry technical knowledge, including HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Flexible to travel in line with company needs
