Job summary

Future Select is recruiting a Legionella Remedial Plumber for Coventry, West Midlands. Salary £27k-£38k plus training & benefits; joining a growing water hygiene team to perform reactive and planned remedial plumbing across client sites with travel opportunities.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, with G3 Unvented Ticket and NVQ Level 3 advantageous; ACOP L8 / HSG 274 knowledge is preferred. Company vehicle and overtime opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Legionella Remedial Plumber.
• Must hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum.
• G3 Unvented Ticket and/or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Flexible to travel in line with client needs.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Completing a range of reactive and pre-planned remedial plumbing duties across client sites
• Tank refurbishments and rip-outs
• Replacing cold water storage tanks
• Point of use heater installations
• Deadleg removals
• Replacing flexi hoses
• Expansion vessel installations
• Pipework and component replacements / adjustments, including valves
• TMV installations and servicing
• Diagnosing faults and making recommendations for repairs
• Ad-hoc cleans, disinfections and chlorinations works
• Completing regular service reports

We are recruiting for a multi-skilled Legionella Remedial Plumber with strong hands-on experience and robust technical knowledge. You will be joining a growing name within the compliance industry, who have a growing Legionella / Water Hygiene department. The ideal candidate will have a positive and adaptable nature, and will be able to complete a wide range of duties, including pipework modifications, tank refurbishments and routine cleans / disinfections where needed. Experience / Qualifications:
