Arup, a global design and engineering consultancy, offers a 10–12-month internship in Leeds for civil engineering students. From day one you’ll work on real projects, learn through leadership sessions, site visits and social events to build your network before graduation.

You’ll join a growing team delivering flood risk, river engineering, water and wastewater projects for government bodies, developers and utilities while exploring challenges with curiosity and creativity.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering; Structural Engineering.
• Skills and experience in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• A passion for sustainable development and curiosity to learn.

Aufgaben

• Developing drawings and models using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Applying Excel for measurements, calculations and costing.
• Preparing specifications for surveys or construction of solutions.
• Reviewing survey deliverables against specifications.
• Supporting design to deliver solutions.
• Drafting technical reports.
• Conducting site visits for data collection and visual surveys.
