Qualifications
- Experience in environmental consultancy
- Background in aquatic ecology, hydro-ecology or similar
- Track record of winning work and building client relationships
- Knowledge of hydro-ecological survey techniques, legislation and policy
- Experience delivering high-quality reports and assessments
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: manage workloads, performance, training and development; provide mentoring and internal training; support colleagues' goals
- Technical Delivery: lead and deliver large hydro-ecological projects; provide guidance on legislation and best practice; review reports; oversee budgets and timelines
- Business Development: win new work through bids and client engagement; build strong client relationships; support marketing of water services
