Qualifications
- Experience in environmental consultancy.
- Strong background in aquatic hydro-ecology.
- Proven track record in winning work for clients.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Water Team and deliver large projects.
- Provide technical oversight, review reports and reports deliverables.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and project financial performance.
- Win new work through bids, tenders and client engagement.
- Mentor staff and support professional development.
