You will guide projects through legislation, policy and best practice, while mentoring staff and building strong client relationships across the UK water sector.

Qualifications

• Principal-level experience in environmental consultancy.
• Strong background in aquatic hydro-ecology or similar disciplines.
• Proven experience in managing and developing staff.
• Track record of winning work and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Water Team, mentoring and training staff.
• Deliver large, complex hydro-ecological projects with technical oversight.
• Provide guidance on legislation, policy and best practice; review technical reports.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and team financial performance.
• Win new work through bids, tenders and client engagement.
