Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in the UK is seeking a Design Manager to lead major water projects from concept through detailed design, coordinating a multidisciplinary team across Civils, Mechanical, Electrical and Process disciplines.

You will work with clients across the UK, shape project delivery, and ensure value and service excellence while operating within a hybrid working model with offices in London, Reading, High Wycombe or Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Experienced Engineer with strong technical expertise in Civils, Mechanical, Electrical or Process.
• Ideally Chartered with a relevant engineering institution.
• Proven track record leading and managing multidisciplinary teams on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver water projects from concept to detailed design.
• Oversee design and build activities and owners' engineer services.
• Collaborate with clients across the UK to ensure best value and service excellence.
• Guide your team through complex multi-disciplinary delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
