Job summary
Thames Water is seeking a Site SCADA Engineer to maintain and enhance site-based SCADA systems across our wastewater operations footprint. You will ensure high availability, reliability and cybersecurity while supporting major OT projects and capital delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience in SCADA/industrial automation environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot critical operational systems.
- Experience with AVEVA System Platform/Wonderware, FactoryTalk View or Iconics.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance site-based SCADA systems across wastewater operations.
- Ensure high availability, resilience and security at operating sites.
- Troubleshoot faults involving SCADA, HMIs, PLCs and communications.
- Deliver upgrades and patches to keep systems secure and reliable.
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
- Collaborate with operations to identify improvements.
- Provide input into capital delivery and OT projects.
- Champion OT change management and cybersecurity best practices.
- Mentor colleagues and share OT knowledge.
