Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Waste Site SCADA Systems Engineer to join their Operational Technology team in Guildford. You will support and improve the SCADA/OT stack across multiple sites, driving reliability and security while contributing to major transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SCADA, PLC and industrial automation environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot faults in SCADA systems, HMIs, PLCs and networks.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity and risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain critical SCADA platforms including AVEVA System Platform/Wonderware, FactoryTalk View and Iconics.
• Ensure high system availability, resilience and security across sites.
• Deliver upgrades and patches to keep systems secure and reliable; support disaster recovery.
