Thames Water is seeking a Waste Site SCADA Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance site SCADA across our wastewater operations. You will ensure high system availability, support upgrades and security, and mentor colleagues in OT best practices.
You will work hybrid, collaborating with operations teams and capital projects to deliver reliable, secure OT solutions for treatment works and pumping stations. This role demands proactive problem solving and a strong OT mindset.
As a Waste Site SCADA Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing site-based SCADA systems across our wastewater operations estate. These systems provide critical monitoring, control and operational insight across treatment works and pumping stations.

You’ll be joining a team responsible for supporting operational technology that directly impacts millions of customers and some of the UK's most critical infrastructure. You’ll help deliver the next generation of OT capability while developing your own expertise in a highly visible and influential role.

Base location: Hybrid – Guilford
Working pattern: 36 hours Monday to Friday, with participation in an on-call rota
