Job summary

Thames Water is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee the day-to-day running across Witney and surrounding sites. You will manage up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works and lead a multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in operational team leadership with coaching experience.
• IOSH- or equivalent-qualified health and safety background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a decisive mindset.
• Proven track record of raising team standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety culture across the team and ensure compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operations of up to 15 sites and 12 technicians.
