Job summary
United Utilities is seeking a Hub Technical Officer to provide technical leadership across a portfolio of wastewater treatment assets at Fazakerley. You will work with Process Controllers, Field Technical Officers and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role focuses on data analysis, process optimisation, and continuous improvement to deliver safe, efficient wastewater operations within the North West region.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of wastewater assets, operation and maintenance.
- Experience in wastewater treatment operations and maintenance environments.
- Proven ability to improve operational, environmental and regulatory performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proactively identify and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Escalate compliance or performance risks to the System Performance Manager.
- Develop and report action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and targets.
- Collaborate with Field Technical Officers, Process Controllers and Operators to deliver safe, compliant operations.
