Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Bristol is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy Customer Experience team. You will be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries by email and calls when needed, and help ensure smooth service delivery across the UK.

You will build relationships, learn our waste and recycling solutions, and support Account Managers with mobilising new contracts. A team-focused environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office, retail or hospitality environments.
• Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail when placing orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via email and occasional calls.
• Develop relationships with customers to provide excellent service.
• Identify sales opportunities and learn our waste solutions and services.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to mobilise new contracts and support customers.
