Job summary

Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Warranty / R&M Administrator for a leading automotive group. You will ensure warranty and R&M documentation, claims and parts returns are processed accurately and in line with manufacturer procedures.

You will work with service, parts, fleet and customer teams to support the aftersales department, processing invoices, liaising with customers, and identifying parts for return.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade administration.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis.
• Experience with Kerridge/Autoline is essential.
• Knowledge of warranty and R&M processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret warranty and R&M claim details from job cards.
• Generate and process repair invoices.
• Ensure all claims are submitted to warranty and R&M providers.
• Liaise with customers and fleet management to process invoices.
• Identify parts for return or disposal with the parts department.
• Investigate rejected claims and resubmit as needed.
• Participate in warranty and R&M audits.
• Process warranty/R&M credit payments.
