Job summary

WLMG Ruislip Service Centre is seeking an experienced Warranty Coordinator to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Aftersales Director, you will coordinate warranty submissions, manage credits and goodwill gestures, and work closely with service advisors, parts staff, and technicians.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards, maximizing warranty revenue, and driving continuous process improvements across franchise locations.

• In-depth knowledge of motor trade procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all warranty submissions, credits, claims, rejections, and goodwill gestures.
• Collaborate with Aftersales team, customers, workshop staff across franchise locations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer manuals, recalls, and repair methods.
• Drive warranty efficiency and maintain audit compliance across franchise representations.
