• At least 3 years' experience in a technical, service, or warranty role.
• Willingness to gain appointed person training (if not already qualified).

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and prepare summaries for internal teams.
• Provide technical support to customers and dealer networks.

• Travel may be required.
