Qualifications

• Warranty administration experience in a dealership or service environment.
• Ability to manage multiple warranty claims and deadlines accurately.
• Strong communication with customers, branches and manufacturers.
• Professional, friendly and discreet handling of confidential information.
• Data interpretation and presenting information to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, qualify and submit warranty claims to manufacturers per brand procedures.
• Manage warranty payments, credits and returns across branches.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation.
• Support other staff on warranty matters and ensure compliance with manuals.
• Develop relationships with staff, repairers and manufacturers’ representatives.
