The role offers training and progression within a respected automotive group, with a standard 9am-5pm pattern and a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration roles is preferred.
• Warranty or service background would be beneficial.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent administration skills and strong organisation.
• Good telephone manner and approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following company and manufacturing guidelines.
• Monitoring claim status to final payments.
