Allen Motor Group is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator to join our team. You’ll manage warranty claims from submission through payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines while supporting service departments across the business.

Qualificações

• Experience in warranty administration or automotive aftersales is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a methodical approach.

Responsabilidades

• Warranty Claim Management: Prepare, submit, invoice and manage warranty claims across all manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with submission deadlines.
• Service Team Support: Work with service departments to ensure warranty documentation and job cards are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all warranty activity adheres to manufacturer guidelines, warranty policies and GDPR requirements.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Monitor daily reports, reconcile manufacturer payments and monthly warranty schedules, resolve discrepancies.
• Manufacturer Updates & Development: Stay updated with manufacturer policies and recall campaigns; attend training as required.
