Job summary

Sytner Group's Huddersfield Audi dealership is seeking a Warranty Administrator to cost and invoice warranty work, submit warranty and goodwill claims, and manage recalls while controlling warranty debt. You will ensure manufacturer standards are followed and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

The role offers flexible patterns, including weekends, to deliver service at the highest level. Prior admin experience with automotive knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential.
• Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle conflicting demands with clear priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Costing and invoicing all warranty jobs.
• Submitting warranty and goodwill claims daily.
• Administer recalls and manage warranty debt.
• Ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
