Job summary

Engage Services, part of Marston Holdings Limited, is seeking a Warrant Field Agent to carry out court warrants across the UK as a self-employed role with flexible hours and a guaranteed daily rate.

You will work independently, lead on-site teams including locksmiths and engineers, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and manage tasks with visibility of upcoming work while delivering safe, professional operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in related roles.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working in London zone.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and perform disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and documentation on operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives.
