Job summary

Engage Services is seeking a Warrant Field Agent for a self-employed role across the UK. The position can be part-time or full-time, with a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 and responsibilities at residential and commercial properties.

You'll lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and plan workloads with up to four weeks' visibility. A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ‑compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone).
• Clean DBS check.
• Healthy credit history.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives.
