Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules, and data protection requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives.
