Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited, through Engage Services, seeks a Warrant Field Agent on a self-employed basis. The role offers flexible scheduling with guaranteed daily rates and UK-wide assignments across residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include leading on-site teams, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of performance and reporting. Experience in related enforcement roles is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year' experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related field (e.g., Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone).
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears; carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure full compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection, and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives.
