Job summary

Engage Services is seeking a Warrant Field Agent for flexible self-employed work across the UK. You will execute warrants at various sites, lead on-site teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and professional conduct in every operation.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a full UK driving licence, and access to your own vehicle with business insurance. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warrant Field Agent or similar operational role.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance is essential.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working within the London ULEZ zone.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs may be considered with satisfactory repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection, and policies.
• Conduct operational assessments to improve effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes following agreed procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives.
