Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, seeks a Warrant Field Agent for a flexible self-employed role across the UK. You will execute warrants at properties, lead on-site teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while enjoying guaranteed daily rates and clear future workload visibility.

The position offers both part-time and full-time patterns with compensation based on a daily rate, regular training, and opportunities to advance within the business.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ‑compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone)
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs may be considered where satisfactory repayment arrangements are in place
• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges
• Plan, organise, and lead on‑site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies
• Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance
• Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives
