Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Warrant Field Agent on a self-employed basis across the UK. The role offers flexibility with guaranteed daily rates and visibility of upcoming work.

You will operate independently while leading on-site teams, ensuring safety, professionalism and regulatory compliance. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related field (police, armed forces, enforcement, security, etc).
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working in London.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.
• CCJs may be considered with repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties.
• Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks of visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation relating to operations and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives.
