Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is recruiting for a Warrant Field Agent on a self-employed basis across the UK. Flexible pattern with a guaranteed daily rate and opportunities to lead on-site teams while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant field experience, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle with business insurance, and a clean DBS check. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry such as Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement or Security.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers.
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure full compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Conduct operational assessments and prepare accurate reports.
