Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring Warfighting Systems Analysts to connect operational needs with system architecture in a rapidly growing team. Initial hiring will take place in London, with relocation to Abu Dhabi for the simulation center.

You will work on M&S, wargaming, and scenario development to train customers and improve products. The role emphasizes cross-domain thinking across military operations and technical systems, requiring strong modeling, data analytics, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Strong ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes and communicate results.
• Experience with modeling and simulation for military missions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis, experiments, and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, and C2 choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios prioritizing red/blue force interactions.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies, and mission impacts.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis.
