Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with initial hiring in London, UK. You will produce, iterate, and support M&S including wargaming and experimentation to translate operational needs into system architectures and mission outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in ORSA, modeling and simulation, and scripting in C++/Python, with an ability to work across military operations and technical systems to deliver data-driven analyses.

Qualifications

• Active country specific Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission-level analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics.
• Develop physics-based models and relevant operational scenarios with red/blue force emphasis.
• Assess system-of-systems interactions, risks, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts.
• Ensure analysis grounded in real operational problems and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis.
